How it works

One workflow from provider discovery to completed service

Service Stream is built around real marketplace actions: search, request, negotiate, book, chat, navigate, complete, review, and settle provider payouts.

Customer workflow

Customers do not pay to browse or request

The customer journey is designed to make the next action obvious without turning every page into a noisy form.

Step 1

Discover nearby providers

Search uses live GPS when available and fixed business locations as a reliable fallback.

Step 2

Request one provider or broadcast

Direct requests stay attached to the selected provider and micro service. Category requests can broadcast to qualified providers.

Step 3

Compare offers

Customers can review, counter, reject, or accept provider offers before a booking is created.

Step 4

Confirm the booking

The booking summary keeps service, address, schedule, notes, subtotal, discounts, fees, and total visible before confirmation.

Step 5

Chat and call in context

Messages, unread counts, latest message time, native calls, and in-app calls stay tied to the booking.

Step 6

Navigate and complete

Providers can open accurate map navigation to the customer location, then update booking status through completion.

Provider workflow

Providers work from setup to payout

Create provider profile

Provider setup covers account mode, trial access, profile details, service radius, location, and availability.

Publish micro services

Providers define services such as Nails, Hairdressing, Deep Cleaning, or Leak Response under approved categories with prices.

Pass access and trust gates

KYC and admin approval are enforced when configured. Unpaid providers can view opportunities but cannot progress paid actions.

Earn and withdraw

Completed work feeds provider balances, commissions, payout requests, settlement history, and admin finance reporting.

Marketplace rules are controlled by settings

Trial duration, provider access fee, default discovery radius, maximum radius, live location freshness, and PayPal subscription settings are read from the backend.
