Controlled location matching

Matching ranks providers by distance, availability, rating, response rate, service radius, and location freshness.

Protected actions

Guests can browse, but requests, bookings, messages, provider actions, finance, and admin operations require sessions.

KYC requirements

Mandatory documents are controlled by admin policy

If no mandatory KYC requirements are configured, onboarding skips the KYC gate until an administrator adds one.
